Theft case unable to convince authorities in Satgaon

GUWAHATI: Prasenjit Modok owner of a local jewellery store in Satgaon, has complained of being robbed by 4 people in 2 bikes near his store. He has claimed that a cash of Rs 2 lakh 40 thousand and gold, the quantity of which is unknown, were snatched from his possession. Police authorities suspect foul play on the part of the victim but has nevertheless registered a case (43/19 U/S 341/325/392).
