Thief arrested by Central Guwahati Police District in city

GUWAHATI: A team of the Central Guwahati Police District (CGPD) from Bhangagarh PS arrested one Rubul Deka of Kalaigaon after he was caught red-handed trying to break the lock of a Scooty at Anil Nagar on Tuesday. Legal action has been initiated.
