Two drug peddlers arrested, heroin recovered in Guwahati

GUWAHATI: A team of East Guwahati Police District from Basistha Police Station arrested two drug peddlers identified as Anuj Bora (30) of Noonmati and Maidul Rahman (29) of Hatigaon at Namghar Path in the Bhetapara area in Guwahati last night. The police recovered 53 vials (75 gm) of suspected heroin from the duo.
