Two fake social media accounts; Assam Education Minister Dr. Ranoj Pegu moves CID

GUWAHATI: Education Minister Dr. Ranoj Pegu moved the Additional DGP, CID, for an inquiry against the two fake social media accounts that are active in his name. Pegu complained that his Facebook and Instagram accounts are active in his name. The fake account holders are trying to collect money from the public using two different mobile numbers: 9509337042 and 7735422610.

Pegu urged the officials to look into the matter and take the necessary actions against the fake social media account holders.
