USTM Celebrates 73rd Independence Day

GUWAHATI: Entire campus of the (USTM) University of Science & Technology-Meghalaya bloomed with the tri-color and the spirit of a large number of students and other participants grew high with patriotic speeches, music, dance celebrating the 73rd Independence Day yesterday in a grand and exemplary manner. The National Flag was unfurled at 8:30 am in the University campus by Shri Mahbubul Hoque, Chancellor, USTM along with Dr. PK Goswami, Vice-Chancellor of the University. The flag hoist was followed by the National Anthem and speeches on Independence delivered by the University of Science & Technology-Meghalaya Chancellor, Vice-Chancellor and others.
