Vehicle thief caught red-handed in Guwahati

GUWAHATI: A Central Guwahati Police District (CGPD) patrolling party foiled a vehicle theft when they caught one Fulchand Ali red-handed when he was attempting to break into a Bolero pick-up van at Rajgarh Link Road late on Saturday night.
