Boost to shooting in Meghalaya, CM Sangma inaugurates shooting range

Shillong: In a move that would boost the sport of shooting in Meghalaya, Chief Minister Conrad Sangma inaugurated a 10-meter Precision Shooting Range at Demthring, Shillong.

State sports minister Banteidor Lyngdoh was present at the event.

CM Sangma expressed happiness that such facilities will encourage the youth to pursue their passion and develop their marksmanship.

Earlier, the CM laid the foundation stone for the new Sohra Government College building in the presence of state Education Minister Lahkmen Rymbui, MLAs and senior officials.
