Taliban
sympathizers
India is perhaps one of the few countries that have thousands of traitors openly roaming and delivering lectures against the country. They breathe and eat in India but their heart and soul are constantly working for the enemies. Taliban's takeover of Afghanistan has activated many sleeper cells in the country. They are openly supporting their cause in front of the media. Poet Munawwar Rana, in a recent tweet, defended the Taliban by comparing it with Maharishi Valmiki. Journalist Majid Hyderi found Great Mangal Pandey in the Taliban. Sambhal MP Shafiqur linked the Taliban with the Indian freedom movement. AIMPLB's Sajjad Nomani lauded the Taliban openly. Even our state is not short of traitors. In a recent talk show in one of the local news channels one advocate and also a member of state Jamiat said it is the victory of tribal Afghan people. This is the result of excessive freedom of speech which is being misused by a section under the guise of the word 'secularism'.

Thou too, Amrinder?
Afghanistan, a landlocked country known as a breeding ground of terrorists next to Pakistan of late has become the centre of global news due to wrong reasons again after 20 years. The Taliban once again are back in power with lots of bloodshed. This indicates the beginning of massive human rights violations where people are tried in the streets, instant verdicts delivered and hanged in the streetlights or lampposts. The minorities are treated like captive animals, raped and lynched publicly. India is in the meantime is evacuating all its nationals in a phased manner by air. Recently Capt Amrinder Singh, CM of Punjab requested the Central Government to give priority to evacuate 200 Sikhs stranded in Afghanistan and even offered his government's all help in this regard. Surprisingly for Capt. Amrinder Singh, it is only the Sikhs who matter leaving the rests to their fates which is very unbecoming for an ex-Indian Army officer. We all understand that our Army never discriminates against any religion, be it Sikh, Muslim, Hindu, Buddhist, Christian or Parsi. The very motto of the Indian Army must have been forgotten by Capt. Singh, once he joined politics and become a member of the Gandhi family. The forthcoming Assembly election in Punjab might be another factor. Along with the Central government, Capt. Singh could have asked his Khalistani brothers for help in this regard. Capt. Singh, you have dishonoured the Indian Army which you once served?

Corruption-free India?
At a time when the Assam Police is walking with its head held high because of policemen like Borsing Bey, some have not yet mended their corrupt ways. I applied for a passport in June 2019 and accordingly after some months I was called for police verification. I went for the verification and after reviewing my address proof to my dismay the police officer asked for a 100-rupee note to pass the application to the SP office for final verification. I refused to pay the amount, the officer looked angry and shooed me away saying that I will be called again. I waited for a year-and-a-half but there was no response from the police station and also from the passport office. I thought that the delay must be due to the pandemic-induced lockdown but I was wrong. And out of the blue, I received a file closure notice for the passport application today i.e. 21st August 2021. I was shocked and a little sad that our country is still a long way to call itself corruption-free.

Compulsory teaching
Though you are revered daily, I would like to bring to the notice of the Government of India that the mantra "Vasudeva Kutumbaikam" will be realized by the country of literate and its people but not by those countries that are disturbing the peace of the world. A particular religion disturbs the entire system where their knowledge is limited only to their faith. When our country is surrounded by a country of little knowledge and its people, we should not expect that they will understand the mantra of "Vasudeva Kutumbaikam". So, the time has come that we should be like Israel and not allow anybody to raise their ugly heads inside or outside our country. For this, we should strengthen ourselves militarily, technological invention to protect ourselves, self-sufficient in energy so that we shouldn't depend upon for our requirements of energy and most of all, we should inculcate a sense of pride in the motherland right from school level to raise awareness among the students. Students from early stages should be taught about the pride of the Nation. For this, it should be mandatory for every school, irrespective of government, private or madrasas to spread the nationalistic attitude among the children so that they will be the saviour of their nation when they grow old.
After the seizure of power by the terrorist organization in Afghanistan and a spokesperson from a particular faith inside India openly supporting them in line with China, Pakistan, Turkey, UAE and to name a few, the time has come for India to think afresh about this people. Freedom of expression doesn't mean they will say whatever they like against the wishes of the nation and that of the world. Our mantra will never pierce their heart. These insiders waiting for the opportunity to create disturbance as we had seen in Shahinbag. They forget that this nation has given them a lot. They get everything, right from Government-aided schemes and others, but they will never give a second thought to harm India. France is an example where a teacher was stabbed to death by the person whom they had given shelter. So, it's my earnest appeal to the Government of India, led by PM Narendra Modi to think over it.
