Application Form of JEE Advanced 2021 To Be Released Today, Here's How To Register

New Delhi: The registration cum application form for the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Advanced 2021 is set to release today i.e., on September 13. The registration cum application forms will be activated by the exam organising institute IIT Kharagpur today afternoon at jeeadv.nic.in. 

Out of the many candidates who take the JEE Mains every year, only 2.25 lakh top students make it to the JEE Advanced. The registration process will be open till September 19 while the last date of paying the registration fees is September 20. The JEE Advanced 2021 will be held on October 3. 

The minimum eligibility criteria for the exam requires a candidate to be born after October 1, 1996. However, candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Person with Disabilities (PwD) must be born after October 1, 1991. Also, a candidate can only attempt the JEE Advanced exam twice in two consecutive years.

To register for the exam, follow the given steps:

Step 1: Visit the official JEE Advanced

Step 2: Click on the link for JEE Advanced 2021 application given on the homepage

Step 3: A fresh webpage will be opened. Opt for the new registration and fill in the details and complete the registration

Step 4: Save the login credentials and re-login to complete the application for JEE Advanced 2021

Step 5: Upload the necessary documents like id proof, mark sheets, and other documents

Step 6: Complete the fee payment and download a copy of the submitted application for future reference

The entrance exam will consist of two papers of three hours each. The examination will be held on computer-based test (CBT) mode.
