Delhi: Bollywood actor Asif Basra died at the age of 53.
He was found hanging at a private guesthouse in Himachal Pradesh's in Dharamshala on November 12.
The forensic team is at the spot and the city police has begun investigating the matter. The cause of the death is yet to be determined.
Asif Basra was famous for his roles in Kai Po Che and
number of popular Hindi movies and web series.
The Indian film actor has also appeared in several English-language productions such as the acclaimed 2006 movie Outsourced, Tandoori Love and One Night with the King with Omar Sharif and Peter O'Toole.
He was born in Amravati on 27th July 1967. And in 1989 he moved to Mumbai to pursue his acting career, and continued to live and work in Mumbai.
The actor was last seen in the web series named
Hostages season 2 which released this year.
