Bipasha Basu and Karan Singh Grover walk as showstopper for designer Sanjukta Dutta

Looking like an absolute royalty, the exotic couple, Bipasha Basu and Karan Singh Grover seemed every bit classic and comfortable donning Sanjukta Dutta’s new collection Prayaash - A tribute to the legendary creations of the most renowned artists ever-present in the history of art. The sizzling couple got the audience in total awe striding down the ramp in utter glam wearing the craft of this trend-busting fashion designer, stated a press release.

The collection represents a confluence of artistic traditions that have existed across the world and the contemporary fashion needs of the time we exist. The intricate detailing and texture added to each ensemble made the collection even more stunning! Timeless craftsmanship on an exuberant colour palette of the Assamese silk had all the more reason to fall head over heels for the newly launched ensembles.

Speaking about her association with the label for the second time Bipasha Basu said, “It was a delight to walk for Sanjukta Dutta for the second time. She has an eye for creativity and knows well how to turn the traditional ensemble into a contemporary drape. It was even more special to walk the ramp with Karan, we both have a common affection for traditional wear. I wish Sanjukta Dutta the best and hope she continues to woe us with her work in a similar manner.”

Speaking on the occasion Karan said, “It was wonderful to associate with Sanjukta who has put in exceptional efforts in reviving the authentic weaves of Assam. I loved what she designed for me and my wife, I wish her all the best in her future endeavours.”
