Alia Bhatt And Ranbir Kapoor's Wedding Date Confirmed, Check Details

NEW DELHI: The wedding ceremony of the much-talked-about Bollywood actors Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor has been confirmed after several speculations.

Alia and Ranbir will get married on Thursday 14 April 2022 following an intimate marriage function as informed by Alia's uncle Robin Bhatt.

On speaking with the Media Robin also gave other important details about the big star couple wedding scheduled to take place just after four days.

He said that the preparations have already begun as the Mehendi function will take place on Wednesday 13 April followed by the Haldi ceremony. Alia's uncle further said that the marriage function will be completed within four days by following important rituals and traditions.

He added Shadi and Mahendi which are an integral part of the wedding are scheduled for 13 and 14 April respectively.

Alia and Ranbir's wedding will be held in the Bandra residence of Ranbir Kapoor as stated by Robin Bhatt. The couple will exchange vows in an intimate wedding ceremony in Bandra.

The much-anticipated star couple's wedding starting on Thursday will end by this week with the presence of close friends and family members.

As per reports, the guestlist for Alia and Ranbir's wedding includes Sanjay Leela Banhasali, Varun Dhawan, Karan Johar, Shah Rukh Khan, Zoya Akhtar, Anushka Ranjan, Rohit Dhawan and Akansha Ranjan among other Bollywood stars.

Sources also informed that Alia and Ranbir have decided on their honeymoon in South Africa and they will celebrate the New Year abroad.

Robin Bhatt who shared the much-needed information about the upcoming wedding of actors is the brother of Alia Bhatt's father Mahesh Bhatt.

Uncle Robin works as a writer in Bollywood and has many contributions is the success of many Hindi films. He also won several accolades including Lifetime Achievement Award at Jaipur International Film Festival-JIFF in 2019.

On Friday 8 April, Ranbir's mother Neetu Kapoor in a press meeting said that the family has been continuously coming across the wedding rumours of Alia and Ranbir since the last 2 years. She added she has no idea when the marriage will take place and hoped it might happen soon.
