MUMBAI: Since the beginning of the year, there have been several buzzes about Shah Rukh Khan's daughter Suhana Khan joining Bollywood this year.
Reports also claimed that Suhana will be collaborating with filmmaker Zoya Akhter for her upcoming project in Indian cinema.
After the star kid was spotted in Zoya's office, netizens can't keep calm with the speculations regarding her entering into Bollywood following her father's footsteps.
It is now revealed by a close source that reports are totally true as Suhana Khan will be featured in 'The Archies' by Zoya Akhter to be premiered on the giant online streaming platform Netflix.
Suhana is currently preparing for her acting debut in the Netflix film which will be soon made available.
The makers of the upcoming film are experimenting with different looks of Suhana as she is often spotted in western looks but her Indian look in Saree that is shared recently provides a different side.
The star kid is doing rounds on social media for her different appearance in a red saree.
On speaking about the development, the source informed that the said Netflix film will show both western and Indian looks of Suhana.
She loved doing makeup and also loves posting her photos with different looks on social media accounts of Instagram to see how netizens react to those photos. All these are part of her big Bollywood acting debut in OTT expected to be made soon claimed the source.
In the month of November 2021, the OTT platform of Netflix first disclose about the film Archies directed by Zoya Akhter giving a clue about the feature.
The Netflix statement reads "Get your milkshakes ready because Archie and the gang are about to get down and desi in 'The Archies'. A coming-of-age musical drama directed by @zoieakhtar. Coming soon to Netflix! #TheArchiesOnNetflix (sic)."
In an official statement by the film's director, she mentioned that the film occupies a major part of her adolescence and youth.
She informed that it's about the characters beloved and renowned across the world and it is important to ensure the picture brings in the generation that grew up with the comic.
