MUMBAI: The Archies, a Netflix original film directed by Zoya Akhtar, will mark the big screen debut of Shah Rukh Khan's daughter Suhana Khan. The star kid is currently the centre of attention as rumours suggest that she bought a plot of agricultural land in Alibaug, Maharashtra. The purchased acreage spans 1.5 acres, according to various sources.

It's interesting to note that several celebrities, including Suhana, have vacation houses in Alibaug. Stars from the entertainment industry, including Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh, Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli, have bought homes in the coastal town. In reality, Shah Rukh Khan also has a lavish villa over 20,000 square metres in size, where he frequently throws lavish parties for his business associates.

Suhana paid 77.46 lakh rupees in stamp duty for the deal. The property is listed as Déjà Vu Farm Pvt Ltd, and the company's directors are Gauri Khan's mother Savita Chhibber and sister Namita Chhibber, according to a report.

Additionally, Shah Rukh Khan owns a lavish seafront home in Alibaug where he frequently hosts gatherings for his loved ones. He held a lavish party at the villa, which has amenities like a swimming pool and a helipad, to celebrate his 52nd birthday. Suhana Khan just purchased a home in Thal village, which is ideally close to Alibaug town's centre and only a 12-minute drive away.
