Divya's complaint detailed the incident, stating, "The incident involved a passenger seated in 12 C, under the influence of alcohol switched his seat to 12 B with me (12 A) and initiated an argument with no logic, regarding the seat's location (window or aisle), the individual misbehaving, including inappropriate physical contact."

As a notable figure in the Malayalam film industry, Divya Prabha's actions have drawn attention to the critical issue of passenger safety during flights. Her courage in speaking out against harassment and advocating for improved safety measures is an important step towards creating a safer and more secure environment for all air travelers.
