Guwahati: Kangana Ranaut has once again lashed out at Bollywood actors, particularly Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone, in a latest tweet.
She has said that despite Kapoor's infamous behaviour of being a 'serial skirt chaser', he wouldn't be labelled as a rapist.
Going after Deepika Padukone, she said that Padukone won't be called names like psycho or witch, even though she is a 'self-proclaimed mental illness patient'.
Kangana wrote in her tweet that this sort of labelling is only used for 'extraordinary outsiders who come from small towns and humble families'.
Ranaut's tweet came as a reply to a Twitter user who stated that Kapoor found opportunities in films like 'Ae Dil Hai Mushkil', 'Tamasha', but Sushant Singh Rajput was written off after films like 'Raabta' and Kangana faced the same after her film 'Rangoon'.
The tweet said, "#Ranbir had massive DISASTERS Bombay Velvet, Besharam, Jagga Jasoos, Roy. Followed by average ADHM & Tamasha Still media loved him & got a mega RK Hirani film next #Sushant & #Kangana wr written off after Raabta & Rangoon & they say #Nepotism dsnt help u after ur 1st film."
This is not the first instance of Kangana going after her Bollywood counterparts. She had previously tweeted about actor Ayushmann Khurrana, calling him 'mediocre' and 'chaploos outsider'.
Her tweet came as a reply to Kamal R Khan's tweet, which in turn, was a reply to Ayushmann supporting actor Rhea Chakraborty, who is now a suspect in Sushant Singh Rajput's death. KRK's tweet read, "Ayushman Khurana is supporting #RheaChakraborty and nepo kids for 3 reasons! 1) He has to survive in the Bollywood. 2) He is the artist of #YRF. 3) Sushant Singh was his competitor! Don't worry khurana. Your films will also come n public will give you perfect reply. All the best."
Kangana Ranaut has spoken about movie mafia quite often, making claims that this mafia is headed by filmmakers like Karan Johar, Mahesh Bhatt, Javed Akhtar and Aditya Chopra. Before going after Ayushmann, she had even gone on to call Taapsee Pannu and Swara Bhasker 'B-grade actresses'.
