USE OF RED CHILLIS IN VAASTU
Red chilis are one of the most popular spices in India. Dried red chillis are consumed all over India including the hilly regions. The main use is for adding color and flavor to various dishes. Different sauces and Chutneys are also prepared using red chilli. It is very rich in vitamin C but overconsumption of red chillis may cause indigestion, acidity, and heartburn. According to Ayurveda, it can cause Pitta Dosha. Besides eating, red chillis are used very commonly by Indians to ward off the evil eye (Bura nazar) which is supposed to affect children, households, projects and even adults. VASTU FOR SEPTIC TANKS
When the Indus Civilization started and Vaastu came into force, the toilet was always located outside the house. Most of the toilets did not have a septic tank but had removable service tins. Later on, space became a constraint and the concept of the septic tank came into existence. As it required a lower level than the toilet for disposal of the waste materials, a pit was required. So it had to adhere to the Vaastu norms.
