10th anniversary of Shri Shirdi Sai Baba temple on November 10, 11 in Guwahati

GUWAHATI: The Trustees and other devotees associated with Shri Shirdi Sai Spiritual and Charitable Trust, Guwahati are busy preparing for celebration of the 10th anniversary of Shri Shirdi Sai Baba Temple at VIP Road, Guwahati on November 10 and November 11. Given the large number of Shirdi Sai Baba devotees in the city and all over Assam, the organizers are expecting a large turnout for the 10th anniversary celebration of the temple. A sizable number of prominent outstation devotees from Delhi and other places have also confirmed their participation, stated a press release.

Santosh Jaiswal, a member of the Trust, informed that work for decoration of the temple with ethnic Assamese artefacts blending with the unique architectural design of the temple is going on in full swing. He further stated that an array of spiritual, cultural and charitable activities have been lined up for the celebrations to mark the occasion. Giving details of the preparations, he stated that the celebrations will begin with a spiritual discourse in the temple by Dr Chandra Bhanu Satpathy at 5 pm on November 10 (Thursday).
