GUWAHATI: A joint team of the Crime Branch and Odalbakra Outpost of Dispur PS seized 7.84 kg of ganja, two mobile phones, and recovered Rs 2.85 lakh. In this regard, Binay Devi (40), of Lalganesh, was arrested.
