APCC (Assam Pradesh Congress Committee) sends relief materials to flood-hit areas in Assam

GUWAHATI: The APCC (Assam Pradesh Congress Committee) sent 16 trucks laden with relief materials to the flood-affected districts in the state today.

APCC president Bhupem Bora flagged off the fleet of goods-laden vehicles from Rajiv Bhawan in the presence of Leader of Opposition Debabrata Saikia and other senior leaders of the party. "Fifteen of the 24 Congress MLAs have been working for the flood-affected people as directed by the party. We have asked all party workers to help the flood-affected people of the state," Bora said.
