APCC president Ripun Bora appoints new workers for RGPRS

GUWAHATI: Assam Pradesh Congress Committee (APCC) president Ripun Bora has appointed 12 workers for the State unit of Rajiv Gandhi Panchayati Raj Sangathan (RGPRS).

According to RGPRS chairperson Dilip Kumar Sarma, Muzammil Hoque has been appointed as vice president, Biplab Kr Talukdar as general secretary, and Sanjib Kumar Deka and Md. Fozlul Hoque as secretaries. The remaining eight workers have been appointed as district coordinators.

The eight RGPRS district coordinators are - Kishor Das for Kamrup, Anita Devi for Kamrup (M), Hyder Ali for Nagaon, Mrigen Thakuria for Nalbari, Baharul Islam for Darrang, Banalata Patar for Morigaon, Jugita Pawe for Lakhimpur, and Purnima Hazarika for Sonitpur.
