Artiste mowed down by train in Noonmati

GUWAHATI: Hareswar Deka (60), a comic theatre artiste, died after being mowed down by a train in the Noonmati area here on Wednesday.

Deka was a resident of Cabin Chowk in the Noonmati area.

The Government Railway Police has sent the mortal remains to the Gauhati Medical College and Hospital for post-mortem.
