Assam Gramin Vikash Bank Donates Rupees 10 Lakh to CM’s Relief Fund

GUWAHATI: Assam Gramin Vikash Bank donated a number of Rupees 10 lakh only towards Chief Minister’s Relief Fund on Friday. The cheque was presented to the Chief Minister at his Office, Janata Bhawan, Dispur by the Chairman of the Bank Sanjaya Nand. On the occasion, Aurobindo Das, General Manager, Manoj Kumar Das, General Manager, Ramkrishna Sarma, Regional Manager of Guwahati Regional Office and Amrit Kumar Hazarika, Chief Manager of the Assam Gramin Vikash Bank was also present, a press release said.

Receiving the donation Chief Minister acknowledged the services of the Bank towards the economy of the State of Assam and also discussed the role the Bank can play in economic development of Assam. On behalf of the Bank, Chairman Mr. Nand expressed his gratitude to the Government of Assam for the cooperation extended to the Bank.
