The Fight against Injustice of APSC Administrator Manas Pratim Baruah recently alleged, “Though the results of the APSC CCE preliminary exams came out early, APSC again failed to maintain transparency. APSC decided to hold the main examination before the tentative schedule. The commission tried to show exuberance by declaring the results beforehand—only after two weeks of CCE, which was held on March 26. But APSC could not maintain any transparency in its functioning.”
