Azara Police held 3 suspected Irani group members

GUWAHATI: Acting on a tip-off, Guwahati Crime Branch along with Azara Police held three fraudsters who are suspected be a part of the notorious Irani group, from LGBI Airport on Tuesday. The accused arrived in an Airasia flight from New Delhi. They have been identified as Junaid Khan (26), Salim Khan (31) and Samsad Khan (27) from Mewat district in Haryana. The police have seized 130 ATM cards, Rs. 91,720 and 10 bottles of Codex Cough Syrup from their possession.
