GUWAHATI: The Bakers' Federation of India (BFI) demanded of the government to review and reconsider the minimum percentage tariff of GST for the bakery industry as early as possible to bail out the industry from the current crisis.
In a press release, BFI urged the government to withdraw the unlimited stock licence for essential commodities, and agricultural products to multinational companies, besides the single-window system with immediate effect and immediate review of the electricity for the MSME sector.
