Bibha-Himangshu Memorial Trust extends scholarships to 3 meritorious students for higher education

GUWAHATI: Like every other year, the Bibha-Himangshu Memorial Trust has decided to extend scholarships to three meritorious students this year for higher education. The three students are Manisha Malakar of Hajo, who is undergoing MBBS at the Gauhati Medical College and Hospital (GMCH), Prerana Sahu of Bihpuria, who came out with flying colours in the High School Leaving Certificate examination this year, and Pranana Kashyap from Sualkuchi. She also passed the High School Leaving Certificate examination with flying colours this year.

Two of the trustees, Sanjay Goswami and Nandita Sarma Goswami, met the three students for the scholarships. The trust also extends free-of-cost coaching to poor meritorius students through a tie-up with a coaching centre in New Delhi for all-India level competitions.
