Body found in the Panjabari area of Guwahati city

GUWAHATI: A body was found in the Panjabari area today. It is the second such incident in Guwahati in August. According to reports, the body was lying near an under-construction building in front of Srimanta Sankaradeva Kalakshetra.

A team from Dispur Police Station reached the spot and initiated an investigation. The deceased is suspected to be a construction labourer, police said. Meanwhile, the identity of the deceased is not known.
