BTC Polls: Gana Suraksha Party releases candidate list

GUWAHATI: The Gana Suraksha Party (GSP) on Monday announced that it will contest the BTC (Bodoland Territorial Council) election in 35 constituencies. The election will be held on December 7 and 10.

Further, on behalf of the party, Sarania demanded that Assamese language should be considered as a main official language in the BTC. He slammed the State government for its decision to consider the Bodo language as the official language in the region.
