Central Guwahati Police District held Dumbbell Thief

GUWAHATI: A team of the Central Guwahati Police District (CGPD) from the Chandmari Police Station apprehended one Biki Das of Paschim Nagaon when he was caught carrying stolen dumbbells near the Railway Line at Bamunimaidam on Thursday morning.
