Chain-snatcher caught in Guwahati

GUWAHATI: Police have made a breakthrough in the chain-snatching incident at Rajgarh. A Central Guwahati Police District (CGPD) team from Chandmari PS caught and arrested the mastermind, Dipak Rai alias Hani Singh of Rupnagar on Thursday. His interrogation in on for more information.
