Chain-snatching victim dies at Gauhati Medical College and Hospital

GUWAHATI: A woman named Shyamali Das, who sustained injuries when she became the victim of a chain-snatching incident at Jyotikuchi here on Friday, succumbed at the Gauhati Medical College and Hospital on Saturday evening.

Das had fallen off a motorcycle during the chain-snatching incident and was admitted to the GMCH with serious injuries.
