Covid cases continue to rise in Assam

GUWAHATI: Covid-19 cases continued to rise in the State, with 240 active cases being registered as of yesterday.

It is pertinent to mention that that there were only 10 active cases in the State on June 1.

Between June 16 and June 25, as many as 201 Covid-19 cases were detected in Kamrup (M) alone, with another 38 cases being registered in the Kamrup district. As on yesterday, three Covid-19 cases were registered in Dibrugarh, while the Bongaigaon, Cachar, Darrang, Nalbari, Goalpara, Dhemaji and Sivasagar registered one case each.
