Dispur Police arrested one in Paresh Chandra Baruah murder case

GUWAHATI: The Dispur Police on Friday arrested a person for the gruesome murder of Paresh Chandra Baruah. As per reports, the arrested person has been identified as Ratan Das, who has confessed for the crime. Das was a labour at Baruah’s residence. He was produced before the court today and has been sent to 5-day police custody. 72-year-old Baruah was murdered at his Dispur residence on January 8.
