“Eat for a cause” initiative to support unemployed women through handmade chocolates

GUWAHATI: Small Wish International Foundation, a non-profit organization has an “Eat for a cause” initiative on the occasion of the International Women’s Day with an aim to empower unemployed women of Assam.

On a pilot basis, Small Wish International will provide the unemployed women necessary training along with infrastructural and financial support to start earning by making finest quality handmade chocolates. “Methodologies have been designed to provide comprehensive support to brand and market the handmade chocolates to help the women earn a living and pave way for them to become successful women entrepreneurs,” Sheikh Arif Ahmed, CEO of the organization said.
