Four Workers buried in landslide at Krishna Kanta Handique Nagar

GUWAHATI: While constructing a guard wall at Krishna Kanta Handique Nagar, Kahilipara, land tumbled down and caused a landslide that fell on four workers. Locals of the area and Dispur police managed to recover the four, identified as Kafiran Begum, 45, her son Kashim Ali, 25, Soneka Bebe, 27, all from Dhubri and Ashiran Bebe, 27. They were immediately rushed to the hospital, however, Kafiran Begum succumbed to her injuries.
