Gauhati High Court Extends Interim Orders till July 14

GUWAHATI: The Gauhati High Court on Friday further extended all interim orders passed by the High Court and all other subordinate Courts and Tribunals till July 14.

The order was issued by a Bench comprising of Chief Justice Sudhanshu Dhulia, Justices Manash Ranjan Pathak and Suman Shyam while dealing with a suo moto PIL (3/2021) instituted by the Court in view of the daily surging cases during the COVID-19 pandemic.
