Gitartha Goswami takes charge as member-secretary of state-level advisory committee

GUWAHATI: Gitartha Goswami took charge as the member-secretary of the state-level advisory committee for students and youth welfare, Assam today in the presence of Sports and Youth Welfare Director Nibedan Das Patowary. Industries and Commerce Minister Bimal Borah, Guwahati Mayor Mrigen Sarania and state BJP leaders were present at the programme.
