Government Railway Police seized huge haul of bike parts in Guwahati Railway Station

GUWAHATI: The Government Railway Police (GRP) on Wednesday seized a huge quantity of motorcycle parts from Platform No 2 and Platform No 3 of the Guwahati Railway Station in the presence of Railway Protection Force (RPF) officials.

According to GRP sources, it is suspected that the seized parts are from stolen motorcycles. The seized items include 45 engines, 21 steering handles, 21 motorcycle bodies. Besides, 14 bags were sized which have not been examined as yet.
