Guwahati branch of ICAI elects new managing committee

GUWAHATI: The Guwahati Branch of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) on Friday elected the New Managing Committee for the year 2022-2023, stated a press release.

CA Gaurab Garodia took over as the Chairman of Guwahati Branch for the year 2022-2023. CA (Dr) Ayush Saraf took over as the Vice-Chairman, CA Saurabh Choudhary as the Secretary and CA Raginee Goyal was appointed as the Treasurer.

In addition, CA Anjani Kumar Mundhra was designated as Chairman for the Students Body and CA Sushil Kumar Kalani as nominated member. CA Jay Prakash Gupta was designated as chairman of Continuing Professional Education (CPE) Committee.

The branch also felicitated CA Ravi Kumar Patwa, the newly-elected Chairman of Eastern India Regional Council of ICAI. The immediate past Chairman of the Branch, CA Kamal Mour, congratulated the New Managing Committee of Guwahati Branch and extended a warm welcome to the new team.

It is important to mention that the Guwahati Branch was awarded the Best Branch of Students Association at Regional Level in the Annual Award Function of Eastern India Regional Council at Kolkata on February 24.
