Guwahati Municipal Corporation (GMC) Mayor Mrigen Sarania Lays Foundation Stones for Multiple Projects

GUWAHATI: In view of the overall development of Guwahati city, the Guwahati Municipal Corporation (GMC) has been undertaking several new projects in recent times. As a part of the same initiative, GMC mayor Mrigen Sarania laid the foundation stones for multiple projects on Monday.

For the benefit of the people of Ward no. 22, he laid the foundation of a public toilet in the Lal Ganesh Temple complex, a public auditorium in the Kali Mandir complex of Bibekananda Path in Lal Ganesh and a public crematorium in the Betkuchi locality. In Ward no. 24, he laid the foundation of a public auditorium and a public crematorium in Saukuchi. Also, a public toilet will be constructed in the Lakhara Bazar area of the city.
