Guwahati Municipal Corporation notice to APCC chief over house construction

GUWAHATI: The Guwahati Municipal Corporation (GMC) has issued a notice to Bhupen Kumar Borah, president of Assam Pradesh Congress Committee (APCC) and asked him to provide copies to the civic body authority within three days of the No Objection Certificate (NOC) and approved plan of his house at Niribili Path at Ghoramara Chariali here.

The notice stated that two local residents have lodged a complaint with the GMC regarding construction of the house in question.
