Haj Committee of India Notice For Pilgrims of Assam

GUWAHATI: As per announcement by Haj Committee of India, Mumbai vide Circle No 20, dated May 19, 2019, the selected pilgrims of Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Arunachal Pradesh etc who have deposited the Advance/First Balance Haj Amount of Rs 2,01,000 (Rs 81,000 + Rs 1,20,000) are hereby informed to deposit the Balance Haj Amount as detailed below and others have to deposit the total amount.

The pilgrims opted in Para 11 of their Haj Application Form to perform Adahi (Qurbani) through 1DB will have to pay an additional amount of Rs 9,150. Repeater pilgrims who have performed Haj in the past will have to pay an additional amount of SAR 2000 equivalent to INR 37,340. Before paying the Balance Haj Amount, pilgrims must verify exact amount payable by them on Haj Committee of India Website www.hajcommittee.gov.in. The last date for payment of Haj Amount is June 20, 2019. No further extension will be granted. Flights are starting from July 4, 2019. No pilgrims will be allowed to board the flight unless all dues are cleared. After payment of Balance Haj Amount, the HCol copy of Pay-in-Slip/Online payment Receipt should be deposited in the office of the undersigned, a press release stated.
