GUWAHATI: The online marksheets of the candidates who have passed the HSLC (High School Leaving Certificate) examinations will be applicable to take admissions in different higher secondary schools and colleges, stated the SEBA (Board of Secondary Education, Assam).
This year, the students have not yet received the hard copies of their marksheets as the SEBA will conduct a special examination for the students who are not satisfied with the results.
A portal will be opened for the students who are not satisfied with the results. Through the portal, they can apply for a special examination which will be conducted. The SEBA underlined that the portal will remain open for a week from August 5. During these days, the SEBA will note how many students will apply for the special examinations. Later, they will provide the hard copies of the marksheets to the students who will not appear in the special examination.
The SEBA has added that the students who will not have to pay any extra fees to appear in the special examination.
The HSLC results were declared on July 30.
