Jalukbari Police arrested ATM thief from Lankeswar

GUWAHATI: Police of Jalukbari outpost arrested an ATM thief from Lankeswar. According to police sources, two miscreants were trying to loot an ATM at Lankeswar on Monday night. Their plan was foiled by the police patrolling team. The police team chased them and managed to arrest one while the other fled in a Scooty.

The arrested ATM thief has been identified as Sanjeet. He hails from Haryana. Police recovered two ATM cards and Rs 49,000 cash from his possession.
