Kamrup (M) district administration declared 4 new containment zones in City

GUWAHATI: The Kamrup (Metro) District Administration has declared 4 new containment zones in Guwahati on Monday.

The containment zones are in - Hajongbori Village under Chandrapur Revenue Circle, Bhaskar Nagar Block-B of Fatasil, Athgaon area, and Sarabbhati in Guwahati. The bo undaries of the containment zone in Hajongbori Village are - Lumding Railway Track to the north, residence of Pradip Daimary to the east, Market Complex of Dilip Chetry to the west:

Similarly, the boundaries in Bhaskar Nagar are - Nipon Borah Path to the north, Chocolate Factory to the south, Part of Bhaskar Nagar B Block to the east, and Nipon Borah Path to the west. The extremities in the Athgaon area are - GST Bhawan to the north,Vision Hospital to the south, Gol Building to the east, and Kedar Road to the west.

In Sarabbhati area, the boundaries are - Sankar Lodge to the north, Arjya Vidyapith Field to the south, Labour Commissioner's Office Campus to the east, and A.K. Azad Road to the west.
