Large quantity of liquor seized in Sonapur

GUWAHATI: The Sonapur police conducted a raid in different grocery shops and dhabas in Sonapur, which led to the seizure of a huge quantity of IMFL on Sunday. Two people were arrested. In this regard, case 153/2023, U/S 379/411 IPC, R/W Sec 53(1) of the Assam Excise Act, has been registered at Sonapur Police Station.
