Lions Club of Guwahati city organized summer camp for children

GUWAHATI: The Lions Club of Guwahati city organized a Summer Camp for deprived children under 'One District One Activity' at the Sahyog School here on Sunday.

According to a press release, the camp comprised activities such as aerobics by trainer Madhusmita Kakati, a dance competition, a drawing competition and various fun and games.

Almost 100 students of most deprived section of the society took part in the camp. Prizes were distributed to the students and a delicious lunch was also served to all the students and teachers. At the end of the programme students were given chips, juice and chocolates.
