Midnight Brawl between Guwahati based Journalist Goes Viral on Social Media

GUWAHATI: A video of a mid-night quarrel between two Guwahati-based journalists is doing the round on social media.

In the video which has amused social media users, it is seen that the journalists quarreled at a road in the presence of some other people over some issue of an incident in the Jalukbari area. Lots of social media users have shared the video on Facebook like a hot cake.

The two journalists, one is from a Guwahati-based satellite news channel and the other is working with a web portal, mocked each other's jobs and raised questions about their professional integrity which entertained many.

In the video, one is heard saying, "Do you have DIPR recognition or Identity Card from the Guwahati Press Club?"

The journos are then seen questioning each other's legitimacy and asking for ID's and licenses, then accuse each other of taking bribes and obstructing justice. They both even allege that the other has threatened to kill them.

The surprising incident, on the other hand, has become an embarrassment for the journalists' fraternity.
