Minor children rescued by Guwahati Police

GUWAHATI: A team of the East Guwahati Police District (EGPD) from Basistha PS rescued a minor girl from Dhupdhara on Monday. One Dhaneswar Biswas, who had kidnapped the girl, was arrested. Legal action has been initiated.

On the other hand, a Central Guwahati Police District (CGPD) team from Satgaon PS rescued a minor boy, within hours of him being reported missing from Ganesh Mandir Colony in the city. The boy was handed over to his parents.
